Il Cremona Runners Club asd, with the approval of FIDAL, with the patronage of the Municipal Administration of Cremona,
organizes the 5th edition of the CR10 km, national competitive individual road race of 10 Km, male and female that
It will be held in Cremona Sunday 19 October 2025 departing from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Fidal Certified path.

Can participate
– Italian and foreign athletes registered for clubs regularly affiliated to FIDAL for the year 2025 and belonging to the categories:
pupils – Juniors – Promise – Seniors m/f from SF SM up to SF95 SM95 and above.
– Italian and foreign female athletes registered for Sports Promotion Organizations (Athletics discipline) which they signed
the agreement with FIDAL, only if in possession of a valid RUNCARD-EPS (unexpired validity date).
Athletics and year must be clearly indicated on the institution's membership card 2025.
N.B. = They must present the original medical certificate of competitive fitness bearing the wording "Atletica Leggera", Of
a copy of which will also be delivered digitally to the organizers. These athletes will be regularly included in the classification
of the race, but they will not be able to enjoy refunds, bonuses and access the prize pool in cash and/or generic value vouchers.
– Italian citizens and foreigners residing in Italy can participate, limited to people aged from 18 years (born in 2007)
on, not members of a FIDAL-affiliated club or a WA-affiliated foreign athletics club, nor for an affiliated company (Athletics discipline) to a Sports Promotion Organization in possession of a valid RUNCARD (unexpired date) issued directly by FIDAL ( info@runcard.com ).
N.B. = The RUNCARD card is renewable. The expiry date is shown on the RUNCARD card. If the day of
Manifestation, when checking the card, it is detected that the same has expired, the athlete CANNOT participate, salvo
presentation of the receipt of the online renewal. However, their participation is subject to presentation
a medical certificate of competitive fitness for Athletics valid in Italy which must be shown in original to the Organizers.
A copy of the medical certificate must be delivered, even digitally, to be kept in the Company's records
Organizer of each event in which the athlete in possession of RUNCARD participates. These athletes will come
regularly included in the classification of the race, but they will not be able to enjoy refunds, bonuses and access the cash prize pool
and/or generic value vouchers.
– Foreign athletes registered for a foreign Athletics Society affiliated to the WA can participate. For community athletes
you need the authorization of your federation or club; non-EU athletes in addition to the authorization of their own
Federation must also show the residence permit or entry visa.
N.B. = Athletes registered for a Foreign Federation affiliated to the WA who are not registered by their own Federation or Club
o Assistant must sign a self-certification attesting membership.
– Italian and foreign RUNCARD holders residing abroad. Limited Italian and foreign citizens can participate
to persons aged from 20 years (born in 2005) on, not members of a FIDAL affiliated company or a foreign company
of Track and Field affiliated to the WA, nor for an affiliated company (Athletics discipline) to a promotional body
Sports club affiliated with FIDAL in possession of a valid RUNCARD (unexpired date) issued directly
by FIDAL (info@runcard.com).

However, their participation is subject to the presentation of a medical certificate of fitness for athletics

diagnostics required by Italian legislation to be able to carry out competitive activities, which will be exhibited in the original, leaving some

In accordance with the provisions of the law in force (D.M. 18/02/1982) those who practice competitive sports must undergo
preventively and periodically to check the specific suitability for the sport. Italian legislation requires that i
interested parties must undergo the following health checks:
– Medical examination / Complete urine test / Electrocardiogram at rest and after exercise / Spirography
All statements and examination reports must be authentic or true to originals. A copy of the medical certificate must be kept in the records of the Organizing Company of each event in which the athlete in possession of the RUNCARD participates. These athletes will be regularly included in the race classification, but they will not be able to enjoy refunds, bonus
and access the prize pool in cash and/or generic value vouchers.
Participants in Events may be subject to doping controls. They are also subject to the envisaged provisions
by art. 25 of the FIDAL Rules, if already subject to disciplinary suspension.
THEY CANNOT PARTICIPATE
– Athletes registered for other FEDERATIONS (es. Triathlon)
– Athletes registered for Sports Promotion Organizations recognized by CONI but not affiliated with FIDAL, who have not subscribed to the RUNCARD
– Owners of MOUNTAIN AND TRAIL RUNCARD
– Medical certificates of fitness for competition bearing wording such as race, running, marcia, marathon, triathlon, half marathon etc... are not valid for participation purposes.
– Medical certificates of competitive fitness for other sports are not valid for participation: they will only be accepted
those that will expressly bear the wording "Atletica Leggera"
DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

aware that participation in competitive sporting events is potentially a risk at risk if you are not adequately
prepared and in suitable physical conditions; to be aware that in order to register you must have the certificate
Doctor of competitive suitability for athletics in progress and of having completed 16 years on the date of the event
(in the case of athletes belonging to the students and junior categories that have not yet made the 18 years, the declaration
must be signed by a parent or whoever takes the place); to enroll voluntarily and to take all the deriving risks
from my participation in the event: falls, contact with vehicles, with other participants, spectators or something, time conditions
, including scorching heat, extreme cold and/or wet, traffic and road conditions, any type of well -known risk and by
me assessed. Being aware of the above, considering acceptance of my membership, io, on my behalf and
in the interest of no one else, I lift and free the organizing committee of the CR10 km and the promoters, all sponsors e
organizational partners of the event, the FIDAL, The GGG of all those present and future complaints or responsibilities of all kinds, known
or strangers, derived from my participation in the event. Once the registration is accepted, the participation fee does not
it is refundable, even in the event of cancellation and if the tender is canceled and/or postponed to another date or not carried out for causes
of force majeure and/or reasons not attributable and/or not referable to the will of the organizing committee, including revocation

I also declare that I have read the Privacy Policy available on the website www.maratoninadicremona.it at the time of registration and to have expressed my consent to the processing of personal data, in the manner
expected. The data will be processed for the purposes provided for by the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and used exclusively for the purposes set out in the information published on the website www.maratoninadicremona.it
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT METHODS
Registrations must be made by paying the relevant amount 15,00 euro (not refundable under any circumstances) in one of the
following ways:
• On-line -transaction in euro through online registration on our website www.maratoninadicremona.it and payment
online by credit card.
• Bank transfer In addition to Cremona Runners Club Asd at - Credito Padano,

Or by delivery of the registration form - completed in all its parts - of the photocopy of the FIDAL card
– RUNCARD – RUNCARD EPS (the medical certificate of suitability for competitive sports in athletics) and performing
payment of the registration fee at the participating shops: "EVERYTHING IN THE RUN" via Castelleone n. 36

Owners of RUNCARD and RUNCARD EPS, In addition to the card they must present a photocopy of the medical certificate valid for sporting sports activities to the practice of athletics
Registration fees include:
– official jersey of the CR10 event – race pack with sponsor gadgets – bib with disposable chip – time detection – water points along the way – – final refreshment – medical/health plan – technical assistance – liability insurance – security service.
CONFIRM REGISTRATION
The organizing committee will send, to all registered athletes who will indicate a valid email address, a registration confirmation email, which must be presented at the time of bib collection. Your membership can also be verified
through the race website www.maratoninadicremona.it under the heading "registration confirmation".
Participation fees are non-refundable.
BIB COLLECTION
The race bib is strictly personal, it cannot be tampered with or reduced and is not transferable to anyone, penalty of disqualification.
Participants will be able to collect the bib at the Alabardieri room of the Municipality of Cremona With entrance from the courtyard Federico II
– CREMONA FROM SATURDAY 18 OCTOBER 2026 ORE 15.00/19.00 SEE YOU ON SUNDAY 19 OCTOBER 2026 FROM 7.30 UNTIL
AT THE START OF THE RACE.
The RACE PACKAGE will be delivered immediately after arrival together with the participation medal.
The race bibs and race packs may also be collected by third parties, with written proxy, confirmation letter from
delegating party and a photocopy of a valid identification document.
MEETING
In Piazza del Comune and Piazza Stradivari, DEPARTURE a few meters in Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
The departure will take place at 9.30 in conjunction with the half marathon .
Any time changes will be communicated when collecting the bib number.
DELIVERY OF PERSONAL BAG
This service is available only for competitive races

REFRESHMENT
At the end of the race in Piazza Stradivari.
RULE RT 5 – RACE SHOES
The requirements of the shoes used in the race must correspond to the provisions of the Athletics Shoe Regulation Wae. For the
compliance with the rules, the GGG makes sample checks on the shoes used in the events reserved for the categories
pupils, Junior, Promise and Senior. If the shoe is not certified in the Wae Shoe Compliance List or the
result remains not made official pending further investigations (In this case the shoe can be withdrawn by the judges). Subsequently,
In case of non -approval of the shoe, The result must be deleted and the athlete can be disqualified.
TIME LIMIT
The time limit is 2 ore. Beyond this time the organizing committee will no longer be able to guarantee the closure of the race route.
RESULTS
A general and category classification reserved exclusively for athletes in the competitive sector and an order of
general arrival which will include all the athletes who have finished the race through the REAL TIME detection. The rankings
and the order of arrival of the CR10 Km. validated by the Technical Delegate Judge/Appeal Judge, they will be available on the website www.maratoninadicremona.it
AWARDS
The first ones will be awarded on site by the Organizing Committee 3 Men/Women athletes of the general classification and the first ones 3
Italian men e 3 Italian women, prizes are cumulative.
There are no category prizes.

HEALTH SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE
The Organizing Committee will prepare an adequate medical assistance service along the route and at the starting and finishing points.
Athletes who are injured or decide to give up will be able to get on a minibus which will follow the race and which will take them to the finish line.
A medical service is also planned with an ambulance that will follow the race.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be presented in compliance with the rules of FIDAL and R.T.I.
First Instance: verbally to the G.G.G. (Competition Judges Group)
Second Instance: in writing to the Jury of Appeal accompanied by the Protest Fee of €100.00 , returnable if the complaint is accepted.
For anything not covered in this regulation, the technical-statutory regulations of FIDAL apply
FINAL WARNINGS
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate
for a better organization of the race, after having communicated it and obtained approval from FIDAL.
For anything not covered by this regulation, the statutory technical rules of FIDAL and the BFG apply.. Possible

changes to services, places and times will be duly communicated to the registered athletes or will be reported on the website
www.bresciamarathon.it In addition, the documentation containing the essential information for taking part in the race

Organizers can, at any moment, change these regulations for the best organization of the
