Cremona Runners Club Asd. organizes in Cremona, Sunday 20 October 2024, the amateur event, uncompetitive, at free pace, “CR10.2” at Km 10.2
Registration

Participation
There are no restrictions on participation in the sporting event: people of all ages and abilities can participate.
Entry fee
The registration fee is € 15,00 and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
With registration, the participant will receive the official T-shirt, the numbered bib,
Registration opening/closing
a) ONLINE registrations on the website www.maratoninadicremona.it:
– payment by credit card from April 1st 2024 until Tuesday 15 October and in any case upon reaching the 1.000 subscribers;
– payment by bank transfer from April 1st 2024
b) Registration at the Official Registration Points: from April 1st 2024 al 15 October 2024
Registrations will however be closed once the deadlines have been reached 1.000 subscribers.
The Organizing Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to bring forward the closing of registrations or to accept registrations beyond the scheduled closing dates.
Registration method
a) ONLINE on the website www.maratoninadicremona.it. Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard circuit), Pay Pal, Bank transfer (Registration is not confirmed until the receipt is uploaded, as indicated on the automatic pre-registration email).

Specify the names of those registered in the reason for payment. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer
b) at the Official Registration Points: by delivering the registration form signed and completed in all its mandatory parts, paying the registration fee in cash. The list of official registration points is:
1)Changing area shop via Mercatello 3 a Cremona
2) Tutto di Corsa shop via Castelleone, 36 a Cremona
3) CMP Cosro Campi shop, 64 a Cremona
IMPORTANT:
– the registration of a minor person must be carried out by a person exercising parental authority;
– the use of bicycles, scooters or other similar vehicles are not permitted;
– subscriptions paid and not collected within hours 9.30 of the 20 October 2024 will be canceled and no refunds of any kind will be given.
WITHDRAWAL bib and EVENT T-SHIRT
At the stock exchange room in via Baldesio in Cremona from Saturday 19 October from hours 15.30 at 19.00 is Sunday 20 October from hours 7.30 at 9.15
Departure
and I arrive
Path, starting from Piazza Stradivari it will wind along the streets of the city according to the map indicated on the site (path 10.2 Km) arriving in Piazza Roma Giardini Pubblici on the Via Manzoni side. Departure is scheduled at 9.30 arrival must take place within hours 11:30. Each participant is free to walk the route at the pace he deems most suitable.

RESTAURANTS
CR10.2 Km – There is only one refreshment point at the 5th km + the one upon arrival placed in Piazza Stradivari.
HEALTH SERVICE
The first aid service is set up and approved by A.R.E.U (Regional Emergency Emergency Company) according to the provisions of the DGR 2453 of the 7 October 2014 of the Lombardy Region relating to the "Health Organization in scheduled events and demonstrations".

RANKINGS
There are no rankings as this is a non-competitive, free-paced amateur event, but a list will still be drawn up in alphabetical order with the finishing times recorded..
ACTIVITY ON THE IMAGES ACQUIRED DURING THE EVENT
As reported in the information on the protection of personal data collected when registering for the CR10.2 KM. Cremona Runners Club asd, during the course of the event it will acquire images in the form of photographs or videos which will be used for dissemination purposes of the various moments of the event on the Cremona marathon website, on its promotional material, on social media and in the specialist press. Both the photographic images and the videos will be stored in computer archives by Cremona Runners Club asd and by external data processing managers duly appointed by it.
RESPONSIBILITY and PRIVACY PROTECTION
By registering for the CR10.2 Km the participant and/or the person exercising parental authority (in the case of a minor) declares: to fully understand and accept this regulation; to be physically fit for the characteristics of the event; to register voluntarily; to be aware that the event takes place on the streets of the city; to be aware that, as it is a free-paced event, freely decides the pace to use; to assume all risks deriving from his participation in the event such as falls, contacts with other participants and/or spectators, with vehicles or other contacts, hot/cold weather conditions, rain/humid, traffic and road conditions, risks well known and evaluated by Him. Participants must respect the rules of the Highway Code.
FAILED PERFORMANCE
If the race is canceled and/or, Anyway, not carried out for reasons not dependent on and/or not attributable to the will of the organizers, including the revocation of the authorization for the performance by the competent public bodies, the member will have nothing to claim from Cremona Runners Club asd or from other co-organizers, not even by way of reimbursement of expenses incurred and those to be incurred, valid by signing the application form also as a waiver of any claim for compensation for damages and/or indemnity and/or any claim for reinstatement and/or satisfaction of any financial damage suffered and suffering.
Organizers can, at any moment, modify these regulations for the better organization of the event and/or due to force majeure. Possible changes in timetables, services and locations will be communicated to participants on the official website of the event www.maratoninadicremona.it
